Notice is given that on 28 September 2022 a petition was present to the Sherriff at Perth by HM Revenue & Customs (”the petitioner”) seeking that the company be wound up by the Court. On 4 November 2022 an Order to wind up the company was granted. It was ordered that Claire Middlebrooks, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QE, (IP No: 9650) be appointed as Interim Liquidator of the said company on 04 November 2022. The Interim Liquidator’s report and proposals seeking nominations as Liquidator (should the members and creditors so choose), shall be issued under separate cover to all known creditors. In the meantime creditors are asked to contact the Interim Liquidator submitting details of their claim and any other information they feel would benefit them in their administration of the winding up.”
