NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that on 13 August 2026, I, Duncan Raggett, AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, 81 George Street, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH2 3ES, was appointed Liquidator of FISH MERCHANTS CREDIT MANAGEMENT LIMITED by virtue of the deemed consent procedure on 14 August 2026.
A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
