Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up ZEESHAN TANDOORI LTD (Company Number: SC733800) having its registered office at 125 Gartsherrie Road, Coatbridge ML5 2EU, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Friday 09 October 2026 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said ZEESHAN TANDOORI LTD and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Deputy Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie Sheriff Court at Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Sheriff Court House, Graham Street, Airdrie ML6 6EE within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
