Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2026 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Elizabeth Richardson, Agnes Ferns and Joanne Agnes McKibbin all c/o Auchinlea Recreation Centre, Auchinlea Road, Easterhouse, Glasgow, Strathclyde, G34 9PQ, the directors of The Gladiator Programme Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC214238) and having its registered office at Auchinlea Recreation Centre, Auchinlea Road, Easterhouse, Glasgow, Strathclyde, G34 9PQ (“the Company”) for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the Company and that Mark Harper and Paul Dounis, both insolvency practitioners, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow, G21 3QQ to be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; and in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 16 October 2026 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Metro newspaper; appoints any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after such intimation and advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
