I, James Stephen, of BDO LLP, 2 Atlantic Square, 31 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8NJ, (IP No. 9273) hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 5.23(7)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that I was appointed Liquidator of Toast Leith Ltd now known as Sonoma Foods Ltd, by deemed consent of creditors on 14 April 2025. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to issue a contributories’ decision procedure solely for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee, unless I am requested to do so in terms of Rule 10.6(2). Pursuant to S231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Liquidator may exercise all and/or any of the powers which are conferred on them as Liquidator.
