A Petition to wind up the above-named company TMC (BHAM) Ltd (registered no. 15468034) of 27 Tower Hill, Birmingham, B42 1LG, whose nature of business is taxi operation, presented on 21 October 2024 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 4 December 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
