Notice is hereby given that on 28 October 2024 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Alloa by HSBC INVOICE FINANCE (UK) LIMITED craving the court for an order that PRO GLAZE SCOTLAND LTD (Company Number SC737195) and having its registered office at Unit 2 Cooperage Way, Alloa, Scotland, FK10 3LP be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and by First Deliverance dated 28 October 2024, the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and the First Deliverance to be advertised on the Walls of the Sheriff Court at Alloa and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald newspapers; and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Alloa within eight days after advertisement: of all of which notice is hereby given.
