A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT presented on 8 November 2024 by Enabling Homes Limited – in Administration of Riverside House, Irwell Street, Manchester, M3 5EN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 14 January 2025 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
