Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Elgin by Pure (CGV) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number 09548345) and having its registered office at Portway House, 1 The Pavilions, Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston, PR2 2YB, craving the Court inter alia that HHE (Scotland) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC513419) and having its registered office at 2 Lossie Wynd, Elgin, IV30 1PU (“the Company”), be wound up by the Court and that a Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Elgin by Interlocutor dated 30 September 2025 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Elgin Sheriff Court, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
