A Petition to wind up the above-named company Hebe Opco Ltd (registered no. 05636470) of 2 Bromwich Court, 1st Floor, Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1JU, whose nature of business is activities of head offices, presented on 8 October 2024 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 20 November 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
