Notice is hereby given that on 18 October 2024, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Property DAH Glasgow Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC701205) and having its Registered Office at 2 Royal Crescent, Lower Ground, Glasgow G3 7SL for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up EM Dairies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC801422) and having its Registered Office at 2 Royal Crescent, Lower Ground, Kay Simpson & Co Accountants, Glasgow G3 7SL and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, George Lafferty and Gordon McIntyre, Insolvency Practitioners of McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 250 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4QY be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Reid by interlocutor dated 24 October 2024 appointed the said George Lafferty and Gordon McIntyre as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained within paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from 24 October 2024 (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an Interim Liquidator, whichever is earlier; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
