NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that on 7 July 2025, I, Craig Morrison (IP Number 29450) and Ian Wright (9227) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 86A George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3BU were appointed Joint Liquidators of P.R.O.P.- Stress Centre by virtue of the deemed consent procedure. The nature of the business of the company is other social work activities without accommodation not elsewhere classified.

A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
