Notice is hereby given that on 6th October 2026 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by the Highland Council, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV35NX, craving the Court to order that NORTHLASTS LTD a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC612748 and having its registered office Northlasts Manor, Peterculter, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB14 0PE, be wound up and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 6th October 2026 ordered Northlasts Ltd and any other persons interested, to lodge Answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
