A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Naylor Produce Limited (07244666) of 1-4 London Road, Spalding, Lincs PE11 2TA, whose nature of business is 82990- Other business support service activities n.e.c, presented on Thursday 10 September 2026, at 10:00 by MR JOHN BUTLER AND MR ANDREW NICHOLS ACTING IN THE THEIR CAPACITY AS THE JOINT LIQUIDATORS OF LUKASZ LABOUR LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION), of Redman Nichols Butler, The Chapel, Bridge Street, Driffield, East Yorkshire YO25 6DA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 24 November 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
