The Joint Liquidators are not proposing to establish a liquidation committee under Section 141 Insolvency Act 1986 The Joint Liquidators must summon a virtual meeting of the Company’s creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee if such a meeting is requested by one-tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.
