Pursuant to Rule 5.21 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 and Section 138(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, notice is given that on 9 February 2024 a petition was presented to the Sherriff at Livingston by James Stephen and Rosemary Stephen (“the petitioners”) seeking that the company be wound up by the Court. On 25 March 2024, an Order to wind up the company was granted. It was ordered that Scott G Bastick, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ and Stratford Hamilton, both of PKF GM, Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4HD, (IP Nos. 13930 and 12212) be appointed as joint Interim Liquidators of the said company. On 25 March 2024, an Order to wind up the company was granted. The Interim Liquidators’ report and proposals seeking nominations as Liquidators (should the members and creditors so choose), shall be issued under separate cover to all known creditors. In the meantime, creditors are asked to contact the Interim Liquidators submitting details of their claim and any other information they feel would benefit them in their administration of the winding up.
