NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION

Notice is hereby given that on 23 July 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Sydney James Birnie and Hamish Fraser Morrison, craving the Court, inter alia that Glulam Solutions Limited having its registered office at Office Pavilion, 2 Westhill Business Centre, Endeavour Drive, Arnhall Business Park, Westhill, Aberdeenshire, AB32 6UF be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and to appoint meantime a Provisional Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 23 July 2025 appointed all interested persons, who intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given, and meantime, appointed Kevin Mapstone, Insolvency Practitioner, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Woodburn House, 4/5 Golden Square, Aberdeen, AB10 1RD to be Provisional Liquidator of Glulam Solutions Limited and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
