Notice is hereby given that on 16 October 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court, Hamilton, by SWITCH ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS LTD craving the court inter alia to order that ENERGY PIG LIMITED having their Registered Office at Kelvin Building (Epig) Bramah Avenue East Kilbride, Glasgow, G75 0RD, be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 20 October 2026, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and meantime, appointed STUART CHARLES ROBB, Insolvency Practitioner, Unit 1, Ground Floor, Airbles House, 270 Airbles Road, Motherwell, ML1 3AT to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorises him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
