I, Eric Walls, of KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU, (IP No 9113) was appointed Liquidator of the above-named company on 01 October 2025, by interlocutor of the Dundee Sheriff Court. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.26(4) of the insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that a Liquidator has been appointed to the Company by Interlocutor of the Court. I do not propose to seek a decision from creditors for the establishment of a liquidation committee although under section 142(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, must do so if requests to do so by one-tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
