Notice is hereby given that on 23 October 2023 a Note was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk by Kenneth G Le May (“the Noter”) as Liquidator of DWS Building & Civil Engineering Limited (In Liquidation) a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC549938) and having its registered office at KLM, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BJ craving the Court inter alia that the Noter should be removed as Liquidator in consequence of his retirement and that Brian William Milne and David McGinness of French Duncan LLP (Company Number SC549938) be appointed as Joint Liquidators in his stead; in which Note the Sheriff at Falkirk by Interlocutor of 25 October 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
