Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by JOHN SCOTT MEAT (PAISLEY) LIMITED, The Abbatoir, craving the Court inter alia that COQ & BULL (BUTCHERS) LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC633463) and having its Registered Office at 74 Ratcliffe Terrace, Edinburgh, EH9 1ST (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 26 August 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
