I, Colin AF Hastings, of Hastings & Co, The Pentagon Centre, Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ, (IP No. 5879) hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 that I was appointed Liquidator of Cleveden 2016 Limited on 30 August 2023, by virtue of a deemed consent procedure. I confirm that no Liquidation Committee was established at that time. I do not propose to summon any meetings of the company’s creditors for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the company’s creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
