Notice is hereby given that on 28 October 2026 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Certas Energy UK Limited trading as Scottish Fuels, 1st Floor, Allday House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, Cheshire WA3 6GR, craving the Court that Arrow Marine Management Limited (company number SC592053), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Summit House, 4-5 Mitchell Street, Edinburgh, EH6 7BD, (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 2 November 2026 (case refence EDI-L161-26) appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
