Notice is hereby given that on 22 October 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Livingston Sheriff Court by Simon Rock, 19 Church Row, Melsonby, DL10 5LX craving the Court inter alia that ICF Store Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC549886) and having its Registered Office at 9 Turnbull Way, Livingston, West Lothian, United Kingdom, EH54 8RB (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Livingston Sheriff Court by interlocutor dated 22 October 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
