Notice is hereby given that on 22 October 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Livingston by Xerox Finance Limited, Building 4 Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH, craving the Court inter alia that Black and McCorry Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC421440) and having its Registered Office at Ionracas House, 6 Allen Road, Livingston, EH54 6TQ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Livingston by interlocutor dated 22 October 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
