On 21 August 2026, a petition was presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in terms of sections 201 and 108 of the Insolvency Act 1986 craving the Court inter alia to order that Ms Linda Hastings be appointed as liquidator of Waterfront Business Ltd (In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (company registration number SC638257) with its registered office at C/O Rti Limited, Suite 341, 4th Floor, 93 Hope Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 6LD and to defer the dissolution of that company in terms of section 201(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Any person who intends to appear in the petition must lodge Answers with the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within 21 days of intimation, service and advertisement.
