NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that on 31 July 2026, I, Ishbel MacNeil (IP Number 9426) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB was appointed Liquidator of MAB Bookmakers Limited by virtue of the deemed consent procedure. The nature of the business of the company is Gambling and betting activities.
A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
