Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.26(4) of the insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that a Liquidator has been appointed to the Company by Interlocutor of the Court. I do not propose to seek a decision from creditors for the establishment of a liquidation committee although under section 142(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, must do so if requests to do so by one-tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
