Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 5.23 of The Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that I, Michael J M Reid CA, of MHA, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR, (IP No. 7327) was appointed liquidator of Allen Cowe Builders (Skye) Limited on 25 April 2025, by a deemed consent procedure. A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
