A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to issue a contributories’ decision procedure solely for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee, unless I am requested to do so in terms of Rule 10.6(2). Pursuant to S231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Liquidator may exercise all and/or any of the powers which are conferred on them as Liquidator.
