NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that on 27 February 2025, I, Craig Morrison (IP Number 29450) and Ian Wright (IP Number 9227) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 86A George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3BU were appointed Joint Liquidators of MGB Biopharma Limited by virtue of the deemed consent procedure. The nature of the business of the company is research and experimental development on biotechnology.
A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
