Notice is hereby given that on 21st October 2026 a Petition was presented to Elgin Sheriff Court by the Highland Council, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX, craving the Court inter alia to order that ALI & MAC PROPERTIES LTD a private limited company incorporated and registered in Scotland with registered number SC621130 whose registered office is at 25a High Street, Elgin, Scotland, IV30 1EE, be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Elgin Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 21st October 2026 ordered ALI & MAC PROPERTIES LTD and any other persons interested, to lodge Answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Elgin Sheriff Court, High Street, Elgin, Moray, IV30 1BU within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
