A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Hawthorns Court, Colliery Road, West Bromwich, B71 4JS, presented on 13 November 2024, by SCOTT TIMBER LIMITED Unit 7, Halbeath Interchange Business Park, Kingseat Road, Halbeath, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8RY, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, Insolvency & Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 15 January 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 14 January 2025.
