Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 5.23 of The Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that I, Michael J M Reid CA, of MHA, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR, (IP No 7327) was appointed liquidator of Ahead SCM Limited by a deemed consent procedure on 15 November 2024. A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Any creditor who has not been contacted by me is invited to advise me of the level/basis of their claim.
