A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Havyilah Ltd (12901025) of 38a-b High Street, Studley B80 7HJ, whose nature of business is 47110 – Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating; 47750 – Retail sale of cosmetic and toilet articles in specialised stores, presented on Monday 14 October 2024, at 09:00 by STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL, of Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-on-avon CV37 6HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 17 December 2024, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
