Notice is hereby given that on 23 October 2024 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Fablink (Northampton) Limited (previously Ensco 4 Limited), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number 15826092) with its registered office at Trinity, 16 John Dalton Street, Manchester, M2 6HY (“the Petitioner”), craving the Court inter alia to order that Hydrogen Vehicle Systems Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC576231) with its registered office at Park View House, 96 Caledonia Street, Glasgow, G5 0XG (having had its registered office formerly at 45 Rankine Avenue, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland, G75 0QF) (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; and in which petition Lord Braid by interlocutor dated 25 October 2024 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers with the Court of Session within eight days after such intimation, service and advertisement; all of which Notice is hereby given.
