Notice is hereby given that on 30th September 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway a Ayr craving the Court inter alia that AYRSHIRE PROPERTY OPTIONS LTD, with its Registered Office at Mansfield House, 16 Ballochmyle Street, Catrine, Mauchline KA5 6QP be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by interlocutor dated 22nd October 2026 ordained the said AYRSHIRE PROPERTY OPTIONS LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr by email to ayrcivil@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
