The Amended Petition to wind up the above-named company, EJP Group Holdings Limited (company registration no. 13568332) of 1 Cae Cadno, Church Village, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff, CF38 1UL, whose nature of business is activities of construction holding companies (64203), presented on 18 September 2024 by GAVIN GRIFFITHS RECYCLING LIMITED of Beechwood House, Bryntywod, Llangyfelach, Swansea, SA5 7LP claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Wales, Cardiff Civil and Family Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff, CF10 1ET on 15 November 2024 at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
