Notice is hereby given that on 22nd September 2026 a Petition was presented to Oban Sheriff Court by CRAINE COMMUNICATIONS LTD (Company Number SC514350) craving the Court inter alia to order that CRAINE COMMUNICATIONS LTD having their Registered Office at 38a Combie Street, Oban, Scotland, PA34 4HS be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime James Fennessey and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Price by Interlocutor dated 20th October 2026 appointed the said James Fennessey and Blair Milne Joint Provisional Liquidators with the Powers contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
