A Petition to wind up the above-named company RTS-UK Ltd (registered no. 09830804) of 253-255 Breeden House, Edleston Road, Crewe, CW2 7EA, whose nature of business is silviculture and other forestry activities, presented on 26 September 2024 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 13 November 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
