A Petition to wind up the above-named company of UB Corporation Limited (registered no. 12849227) of The Cordons Long Green, Cressing, Braintree, CM77 8DL, whose nature of business is other urban, suburban or metropolitan land transport (not underground, metro or similar), freight transport by road, operation of warehousing and storage facilities for land transport activities and renting and leasing of trucks and other heavy vehicles, presented on 18 September 2024 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 30 October 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
