NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that on 20 August 2024, I, Craig Morrison (IP Number 29450), of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George St, Glasgow, G2 2LB was appointed Liquidator of Pulpo HR & Recruitment Ltd by virtue of the deemed consent procedure. The nature of the business of the company is Other activities of employment placement agencies and temporary employment agencies.

A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
