We, Paul Dounis, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL and Keith Algie, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Landmark, St Peters Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 4PB, (IP Nos. 9708 and 14090) hereby give notice in accordance with the relevant legislation that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by decision of the creditors on 11 July 2024. A Liquidation Committee was not established. Accordingly, we hereby give notice that we do not intend to summon a meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with us as soon as possible.
