We, Michelle Elliot and Graham Smith, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, (IP Nos. 22750 and 27710) were appointed Joint Liqudiators of Midnight Sun Festivals Limited by the Creditors on 22 September 2023. The Liquidator does not propose to call meetings of creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee, however, one tenth in value of the creditors may request that meetings be called.
