NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland)(Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that on 18 August 2023, I, Ishbel MacNeil (IP No. 9426), Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB was appointed Liquidator of I S McKenna Electrical Contractors Limited by virtue of the deemed consent procedure.
A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
