I, Colin AF Hastings (IP No. 5879), of Hastings & Co, The Pentagon Centre, Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ, hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) ( Receivership and Winding Up ) Rules 2018 that I was appointed Liquidator of Agri-Building Ltd on 19 May 2023, by virtue of a deemed consent procedure. I confirm that no Liquidation Committee was established at that time. I do not propose to summon any meetings of the company’s creditors for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the company’s creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
