Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court of Session dated 3 May 2023, in respect of the above company, the Lord Ordinary removed Gillian Campbell of Milne Craig, Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley, PA3 4DA (“Mrs Campbell”) as liquidator of the Company and appointed Steven Wright of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2/1, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU (“Mr Wright”) as replacement liquidator in terms of Section 108(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
