It is not proposed to hold a meeting of members and creditors for the purpose of establishing a Creditors Committee. Under Section 141 (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Creditor with, (or with the concurrence of) 10% of the total value of the Company’s Creditors may request that a meeting of Creditors is held.
