NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Claire Margaret Davidson, Eclipse Breaks Limited, 75 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 6TS and Kevin Miller, 62 Cornfoot Crescent, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland, G74 3ZB on 7 October 2026, craving the Court inter alia to order that ECLIPSE BREAKS LIMITED (Company Number SC438622) having its registered office at 75 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 6TS, be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; and in the meantime, to appoint Graeme Norman Bain, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND, as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 8 October 2026 appointed the said Graeme Norman Bain as Provisional Liquidator with the powers conferred by Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordered all parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
