Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2026 a petition was presented to Stornoway Sheriff Court by (First) Alexander Macleod; and (Second) Louise Kathryn Jappy on behalf of AME Highlands Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company number SC784664) and having its registered office at Caberfeidh Road, Stornoway, Scotland, HS1 2SE (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia for an order to wind up the Company, appoint joint provisional liquidators and after service, intimation and advertisement, to appoint joint interim liquidators under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; in which petition, the Sheriff at Stornoway Sheriff Court by First Deliverance dated 14 October 2026, appointed Kevin Mapstone of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Ground Floor East Suite, Exchange Place 3, Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, and Simon Smith of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to act as joint provisional liquidators, and granted warrant for advertisement of the petition herein and appointed any interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stornoway Sheriff Court, not later than 8 days from the date of publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
